College and Interns
Washington, DC attracts lots of college students and interns every year. The college years are ripe for spiritual growth and we welcome all who wish to join us at our church. CHBC offers students a number of activities designed to involve them in biblical study and congregational fellowship. Our bi-monthly student lunches are held on Sundays, small group studies meet on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month, and our Home Away from Home program connects students with a local church family for periodic rest and refreshment.
We offer interested students the opportunity to investigate Christianity through the class Christianity Explained. Christian students who wish to be discipled by an older Christian may also be matched with a church member with whom to grow. In a sometimes dizzying city, our college ministry program gives students numerous opportunities to rest in God and taste His goodness.
